Medicine Store Manager

Privacy Policy

Medicine Store Manager is a hospital medicine-warehouse management application. Each hospital operates in its own isolated workspace.

Google account information

The app uses Google Sign-In to identify authorized users. It may process your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information such as display name for authentication and access control.

Google Drive access

The app requests the drive.file permission. This permission is limited to Google Drive files that you create, open, or use with Medicine Store Manager. The app does not request access to your entire Google Drive.

Hospital workspace data

Operational medicine-store records are stored in the Google Sheet assigned to that hospital workspace. Hospital workspaces are isolated from one another. Access is controlled by hospital membership and role.

Service data

The service may store control-plane information needed to operate the app, such as user identity references, hospital workspace identifiers, membership roles, workspace status, and audit metadata. Operational medicine inventory data is not intentionally duplicated into the central control plane as a second database.

Sharing and sale of data

User data is not sold to advertisers. Google user data is used only to provide the application features described above and is not used for advertising.

Retention and removal

Hospital administrators control membership in their hospital workspace. Access may be disabled or removed when a user no longer requires it. Workspace files remain under the hospital account that owns them unless that hospital deletes or transfers them.
